At S&M ORIGINALS, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the conditions below carefully.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unworn and unused.
Be in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Show no signs of washing, stains, perfume, damage or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
Items without their original tags.
Items showing stains, odors or signs of use.
Personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size and would like an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
